Hippasus
Hippasus was a Pythagorean philosopher in the mid-6th century BCE. He was believed by the Greeks to have discovered irrational numbers, the dodecahedron, and the fundamental music ratios. Like Heraclitus, he believed that everything is continuously in motion and that fire is the only substance.
